Customs, Duties and Taxes
EICLE EBIKES is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
EICLE EBIKES is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION: -
We offer 30 Day Money Back Guarantee protects all e-cycle purchased made from our website.
Upon cancellation of the order, our team will check the confirmed order and upon scrutinising all issue a refund will be initiated accordingly.
We are very much sure that you will love our products, but if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll offer you a full refund* and pick it up from you. Just make sure you keep the box so it can be re-used to send it back.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return it to us, then you must email enquiry@eiclebikes.com within 20 days of receiving your order. Notifications to return cannot be made over the phone.
Bikes MUST be packaged and returned safely in the same packaging used to deliver the bike to you. This includes the packaging of the frame, wheels and components. Retain packaging in the event of a return. If the bike incurs damage during transit due to inadequate packaging, We reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of replacement of the damaged part or component.
To remain eligible, we ask you adopt a fair usage frame of mind and ensure there is no damage to the bike. Damage caused from improper use or incorrect assembly – such as pedal threads being damaged will be charged at retail rates. Deductions will be made for scratches and obvious wear & damage as well as for excess usage over 10 kilometers.
Where a product returned within the 30-day period and a refund is requested, we will refund the original product purchase price. The money will be refunded within 15 working days *The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:

Pre-Booking T&C

Pre-booking is allowed to subject to a minimum payment of Rs 999.00 as advance for the purchase of our bike(s)

Customer is allowed to cancel the order at pre-booking stage only. Once full payment is made, customer is not allowed to cancel the booking under any circumstances.

Upon cancellation by customer at pre-booking stage, Pre-booking amount is completely refundable, after adjusting the transaction charges.

The Company /its dealer shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising, directly or indirectly, out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction either by payment gateway or bank(s), for whatever reason.

Except as stated above, refunds will not be made under any other circumstances. Notwithstanding anything in this policy to the contrary, The Company reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether the criteria for a refund set forth in this policy have been satisfied and to require any additional information relevant to such request.

All refund requests must be in writing and include Customer’s name, address, e-mail address, order ID number, vehicle description, the last 4 digits of the credit card if used to purchase the product, and the reasons for refund.

The Company is not responsible for refund requests that are not received in reasonable time in accordance with this policy. Upon acceptance of refund request, an e-mail will be sent and the same will be processed after due verification and process.
