- Pre-booking is allowed to subject to a minimum payment of Rs 999.00 as advance for the purchase of KEON 2.0
- Customer is allowed to cancel the order at pre-booking stage only. Once full payment is made, customer is not allowed to cancel the booking under any circumstances.
- Upon cancellation by customer at pre-booking stage, Pre-booking amount is completely refundable, after adjusting the transaction charges.
- The Company shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising, directly or indirectly, out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction either by payment gateway or bank(s), for whatever reason.
- Except as stated above, refunds will not be made under any other circumstances. Notwithstanding anything in this policy to the contrary, The Company reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether the criteria for a refund set forth in this policy have been satisfied and to require any additional information relevant to such request.
- All refund requests must be in writing and include Customer’s name, address, e-mail address, order ID number, vehicle description and the reasons for refund.
- The Company is not responsible for refund requests that are not received in reasonable time in accordance with this policy. Upon acceptance of refund request, an e-mail will be sent and the same will be processed after due verification and process.
